Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During new product launches, holidays, or sales, processing times may be extended by an additional 2–5 days.

Shipping Time

Once processed, orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping information. Potion & Co™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the reshipping fee.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Potion & Co™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are scanned in by the carrier. For delivery issues, please contact USPS or UPS directly with your tracking number.
